Twice requested information related to a potential purchase of accessories, using the enquiry system on their website. Auto-confirmations received by email, and then nothing. Seems an easy win for the dealership, but obviously not bothered about the business. What's the point in having these systems in place, if they are not monitored? I shall look elsewhere.

Only recently become an owner of a mitsubishi. I only needed to get some recalls done so took it here, as it's my most local one. Nice welcome from staff work was ready to be done at the time stated. Overall a good experience and will be going back here when needed.

Had my car service here in November with service plan just looked through the paperwork was horrified to see they have written on the sheet car dirty not only is this insulting but has completely nothing to do with the servicing of the car if I did not have a service plan there I would not go back as I don't pay to be insulted disgraceful attitude towards a customer
