I received fantastic service from my property manger (PM) Zoe Z. She was pleasant to work with and actually listened and took care of a long time lighting issue I was facing in my flat. I never felt ignored (unlike my the previous PM who always ghosted me and just didn’t care) I was always well informed of progress updates via mail. Check out was smooth and no chasing was needed. Recently changed our property agent to LiFE Residential and have been very satisfied with the services so far. Our property manager Zoe Z. has been extremely helpful and responsive to our request/help. We needed to replace the window frame and Zoe has been great in helping us arrange contractor and found one that is approved by the building management. Zoe has been very professional and dealt with matters with great efficiencies, and we are very lucky to have her as our account manager.

They organized the cleaning service etc. She was very helpful, although her replies a bit of late during the deposit refund process, she explained everthing and helped to me very friendly.
