So I ordered speciality cheese, got confirmation, I never received it. Couldn't get through to anyone via email or phone. However someone got the message and very kindly hand delivered the cheese to my home. That really meant a lot and I appreciate when a business makes an unintentional mistake and owns it and fixes it. Now I have the cheese for my party tomorrow!

Second experience at St George’s market. First time I got some lovely food - Olives, dips and cheese. Girl serving was very helpful and answered my questions. Second time and I can’t help feeling I have been completely ripped off! They only have prices on some jars but nothing else so it’s hard to know what you are buying. I nearly died when she said the price for just 4 items but I reluctantly paid it. In hindsight I should have asked for a receipt to see exactly what it all cost. The young girl serving was so unhelpful compared to my last experience. It’s such a pity as their food is really tasty but they need to be more transparent with prices and give receipts and have everyone working there be friendly to the customers!

Went to order food in St. George's Market. The woman serving was very rude, had zero customer service skills and served another customer before me although she saw me standing there before the other lady. I was 9 months pregnant with waiting to be served. This establishment is a joke and the women serving the very diverse customer base at St. George's Market was clearly a racist. Disgusting.

I was there today (Sunday) and bought focaccia bread, baguettes, and hummus. It turned out that the focaccia bread a baguettes were old, stale, probably made a few days ago. I feel very disgusted and disappointed. The prices were high, but considering they were for old bread, it's beyond belief. I do not recommend it, I suggest checking before buying, asking if the baked goods are really fresh. You should be ashamed of such a customer approach due to lack of information that you sell old, not fresh products!

Love everything about Tom and Ollies. From the quality products of beautiful cheese, dips, meats and breads to the fabulous service both at markets and home delivery.
Especially the personal service of home delivery and same day delivery service when you take the notion for something nice. Just love this business and love supporting this business by personally ordering and ordering for gifts and buying vouchers to give to people to share this fab produce and service with others. This is simply the best local company who deserves all the support and custom. Truly love this business and its products.

Absolute perfection! I'm still blown away by the care and attention paid to the packing of our order, which coupled with using DPD for next day delivery, meant our order of cheese, hummus, charcuterie and (special mention for) teardrop peppers turned up in perfect time and chilled for our wedding party. Everything was perfect and will absolutely use again! Meanwhile, would be great to see you at some Republic of Ireland outlets. You're very very good! Thank you 🙂
