Fantastic spot for coffee, brunch and lunch. I’ve eaten here a few times and the food has always been top-notch, and they also offer a range of local craft beers, which is hard to find in Belfast, never mind out in the countryside!

The outdoor courtyard is a lovely place to eat or have a coffee on a sunny day.

Would fully recommend The Diary for a visit. Keep up the good work, guys!

The food is exceptional. It's become our go to place for a nice lunch and never disappoints. The menu is changed seasonally and caters for all diets and allergies.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the shop attached sells excellent produce.

It's not cheap, but not extortionate either and I think it's worth every penny.

Found The Dairy on Instagram and had to try it on my next trip.

We booked a table for outside but asked on the off chance if we could be seated inside even though it was a busy Saturday lunchtime (1pm we arrived). Don’t remember the server’s name but he was very friendly and accommodated us at the window which was great for us!

The food and drinks menu looked amazing, we picked the special: steak and Guinness pie and the smash burger. It was absolutely delicious! Definitely worth the wait which our server apologised for and we appreciated 💛

Compliments to the chef for the delicious dishes, and 5 stars to the hospitality staff too.

The atmosphere, branding, the decor: all of it was gorgeous too. Loved all the quotes in the drinks menu too, so clever!

I’ll be coming back again to try more!

This was our first time eating at The Dairy. It's a place we have frequently passed and always kept saying "we should try there". Hubby had booked without my knowledge and I'm so glad he did. You walk in through the shop which is arranged beautifully selling a lot of local produce and crafts. Walking into the cafe/restaurant it feels very rustic with a really welcoming feel to it. It's quite small and intimate creating a cosy at home environment. The staff were very attentive but not overbearing which I loved.
The food was absolutely amazing, I had the buttermilk chicken which I highly recommend, don't think I've ever had chicken so moist before. This is a gem of a place and I will certainly be back, not just for the food but for the shop too.

Headed out on a whim for a Sunday afternoon out - very glad we did! Place was fully booked up so recommend checking that in advance - however the waitress was super nice to try and find us a table. We ended eating outside but the area is very nicely shielded from the weather (mind you it wasn't a very windy day)

Food isn't cheap, for good reason - tasty tasty really nice ingredients.

Super service, super food and a nice waterfall nearby for a stretch of the legs after.

Called into The Dairy for breakfast on our way past this morning. Hubby had the potato stack and I had the mushrooms on sourdough toast. The food was delicious made with quality ingredients served by super friendly staff in beautifully rustic and cosy surroundings. The only complaint I have is that there were so many delicious options on the menu that I wanted to try them all. It looked like there was pretty outside dining space available as well for nice weather. We followed breakfast with a potter around the lovely gift shop and butchers which had lots of arts, crafts, jewellery and artisan fare. I brought a couple of lovely espresso cups but could have spent a fortune. I will definitely be back to sample the lunch menu.

We ordered Smoked Salmon and Fry - great presentation and generous portion sizes. Personal preference, I prefer my poached egg cooked more, as elements were still transparent, although again some may find this perfect! The only issue that let the food down was the service, not overly welcoming nor attentive which given previous review seems to be a recurring issue. Would love to try lunch or dinner should we visit again!
