Completely unreliable service, half our order is missing every week and the manager I spoke to Vicky clearly couldn't care less. Very unhelpful and rude. Silly excuses which are no good when trying to run a business. They clearly don't care or want the business.

If it was possible to rate zero I would. Staff are not helpful at all (usually ignore you when in the Outlet unless you approach them and then they just say"we are out of stock or you need to order the day before", (never a sorry or alternative offered) many items must be ordered the day before as not kept in stock (not much use when you need the stock there and then). Prices are not competitive when checked with other wholesalers or multiples. I only shop here in emergencies as I find their customer service very poor, prices expensive and availability limited as a lot of items must be ordered 24 hours in advance. Was in the Outlet in Coleraine today and witnessed a heavily pregnant lady buy a very large order (several trolleys of stock), paid at the till and was offered no further assistance. Terrible customer service!

Complete kip of a yard on bay 2 hours to take 3 pallets of 1 hour wait across the road in an other yard before you go to bay staff rude
