Ordered x3 Beef steaks, all were thinly cut and barley able to cook medium rare. On contacting customer service they would not refund me as I only sent them one picture. The service was so pathetic that they could not even offer a credit note which costs them nothing. Too greedy and unhelpful.

The steaks were not cut properly at all almost like they were saving on meat.

Word of advice, when you buy and its not up to standard take picture of everything as these guys are so greedy they fight tooth and nail not to give anyone a reasonable solution.

A business like this will go down as they don't know how to maintain a healthy customer service.

Disappointing experience with this shop. I had not ordered in a while and was reminded of why this was. I ordered smash burger, the completely wrong item was sent. Rather than refunding me for the entirety of the smash burger, they gave a refund of less than half the amount. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Edit: the meat was definitely off, looked and smelt very odd. Deceptive pictures and poor quality overall.

Ordered TEXAN BBQ Beef Ribs... had a issue with the size of the rack of ribs and they had resolved the issue despite being ever soo busy..
Meat is absolutely delicious.. food came on time..
I would recommend and I will be ordering again!!

This is by far the best online halal butchers. The meat always comes fresh and is of such a good quality and really reasonably priced. We have the subscription box so fresh meat is delivered every 2 weeks and really helps with our meal prep. I’ve tried 2 other online halal butchers and both times have been sent rancid meat.

Healthy halal actually contacted me once to let me know that they prefer to delay the delivery by a day to ensure freshness with the meat and poultry. I never got that courtesy from the other places they just sent rancid boxes of chicken.

Please keep up the good work and the quality suppliers you work with.

I ordered and paid for a turkey for Xmas on 5th November. I didn't receive a confirmation order number or details of what I had ordered so I emailed them and asked for it. They gave me an order number but nothing else. I signed into to my orders on their website many times and there isn't any record of my order. To date I've emailed them numerous times and they still haven't provided me with the order details including the delivery so I've cancelled the order and asked for a refund within the 14 day period. So far I haven't received a refund. Having a closer look at their details it appears their contact number is in France and not in the U.K. which I find disturbing.
Please DON'T deal with this company otherwise you could be out of pocket.

Quite regular with healthy halal now to he honest. Good selection of meat, and you pay for the quality and packaging. A couple of times, my order has been delivered incomplete, but the customer care team makes sure to send the remaining items sooner rather than later. Would recommend

As always products arrive on time and fresh. When I've placed an order just before they get fresh stock they always call and provide me the option to delay my delivery date just so I can get a fresh order! Going the extra mile is always a sign of good customer service and appreciation of customers.
