Apologies. I hadn’t actually realised I’d posted a review. But now I’m here.

A friendly, welcoming reception. My 15,000 mile (yes, 15k) truck normally passes with no issues

Somewhat surprised to get a quote for over £1100 - labour being the major contributor

I bought the parts and had it done elsewhere for less than half the quote.

Needed some wiper blades urgently on route to Le Shuttle. The parts guy went out of his way to make sure that I had the correct ones has MB didn't have my registration on the system. He took the trouble to come outside and get the VIN number to cross reference what he thought was correct. I fitted them that evening and so glad I did as the next 2 days was constant torrential rain. Excellent service at Peterborough

I’m not happy. I’ve been there in 20. 09.2024 I have recall. I made video before I leave my truck there. After driving 96 mile. My engine light came on and now they want me to pay 140 they don’t wanna fix it.

Totally disappointed 😞. Bought a Mercedes Sprinter last year from them with 127k miles, been told I have warranty 2 years or 200000 miles so been confused from the beginning, actually it's up to 200k miles, I admit it's my fault as well cause I should double ask to be sure 100%, anyway I said its fine as long as I can extend the warranty, last year they said yes, I can always buy an extended warranty but unfortunately my van has now near to 200k miles and Mercedes Warranty team refuse to let me buy an extended warranty and that's the most frustrating thing because 4 more years left to pay finance. I've contacted Peterborough site and it's out of their hands as well. So be careful when you're buying something 😞

I need a book to list everything that went wrong. For the sake of your sanity, DO NOT take your truck there. Bad customer service, bad communication, the parts are never on time. AVOID! 1 week and half and still don't have a repairs report. The PMI paperwork i only got because i went in there to request them specifically.

Brilliant service, couldn't fault them. We ended driving our lorry 2hrs each way for the team here to put right, what had taken months from another dealer to leave as, a bit better! Special thanks to Amanda for endless phone calls, and emails to set everything up for all the works to run smoothly!!
