Went in for haggis very late on burns night but didn’t have any however had the most beautiful sausage I’ve ever tasted which were haggis and pork!!! Absolutely stunning please do these all year round!!! Fantastic sausages and still managed to save burns night!!! Thankyou guys!!!

I had the pulled brisket cob from here and it was hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever had! Super friendly staff! I would’ve taken a photo but it was just so good I couldn’t help but eat it straight away!!!

That sausage roll is something else, best I've ever had and I don't like sausage rolls. Make sure you get the jumbo a small one is not enough because you going to want more

We came to Southwell today from Nottingham and purchased 2 jumbo sausage rolls which had just come out the oven. They were packaged perfectly in foil with a serviette for greasy hands. They were absolutely delicious, the best sausage rolls we have tasted, so much meat and so flavoursome. We will defo be returning for more. We also purchased 2steak & ale pies which I'm sure we'll enjoy just as much.

Just had an incredible breakfast cob from here! 😋 Very friendly staff and the tastiest bacon & sausage (plus egg, hash brown and mushrooms!). Will definitely be back soon 😍

THE BEST BUTCHERS IN THE U.K.
Cannot recommend this family run butchers highly enough!! The quality of the meat products is phenomenal and they always have a fantastic selection of both cuts of meat and also the chef’s creations - making any dinner time convenient, nutritious and yummy!! The piri piri and the sticky maple are some of my absolutes faves!
They also have a fantastic selection of cooked meats and pastries- the sausage role is a thing of legend!
The deli counter selection is also beautifully created with a great selection of treats, ingredients and some wonderful presents.
I would recommend F. Doncaster’s to absolutely anyone!!!

Good quality food, fresh and cooked. Polite and knowledgeable staff, very clean establishment. A few parking spaces outside shop, not sure if it just for disability parking. Location on high street next to post office.
