Terrible experience with dominoes tonight ordered pizzas and when we opened them at home there was next to no cheese on some of them and pretty sure no cheese on the others. Called to inform them that they were not as should be they said we needed to take them down there for them to decide if they were adequate or not. Took them down there and was told one was not acceptable and the others were half acceptable. We did get fresh pizzas because we asked for them but there was no apology for the state of the first lot of pizzas or the fact we had to go back to them to decide whether they were adequate or not!

Ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 sides for my boys as a treat and driver turns up with 1 large and 2 sides, call and speak to Southwater who say the other pizza is still there! No apology! They have offered to send it along but it will take as long as it takes which no doubt means it will be cold as not only is it rush hour but it’s in a different village. Can’t compensate by offering anything else as it would come out their wages. Won’t be buying from them again. Customer service terrible!

Not the greatest dominos branch, but certainly not the worst! The food 80% of the time is really nice, to order and delivered quickly. However there have been times where it's not been correct or the quality has been poor, especially if you order close to the closing time.

The manager Tom was fantastic!! He taught my kids how the dough works and even warned us our food would be hot!! What a gem. He made us feel like part of the team!

Would normally get delivery but thought I would try takeaway. Ok, but the wait was almost as long as for delivery. I did save on the charges I suppose but had to pay fuel. What did upset me was that the staff kept opening the door, letting in the freezing cold air. When I asked to shut the door the staff said it was hot by the ovens. No sh•• Sherlock! I would have thought customers should come first, but what do I know?

I am very dissatisfied the pizza had a big dry patch. We didn’t get all the items we ordered and when it was being delivered it took longer than told. Please try and improve the establishment
