Very nice shop with the usual quality items plus friendly service. The toilets on the 1st floor and free to use cash machine on the ground floor made for bonus points here as well. Great central location and food hall section provides good dinner options when you are out and about.

This M&S is a medium sized store on two levels with a large cafe and food hall. A good selection of clothing is available for men, women and children. There is a small home section on the upper level. Access is available from Chapel Street and the rail station concourse. The restaurant has been recently refurbished and extended.

Asked about a pair shorts I was buying ,because other pairs the same . The materials bobleld, answer was after a year of wear this could be expected. Looks like M&S are no longer made to last .

Gorgeous place, excellent location, easily accessible by those who rely on public transport or cycling. Run by wonderful staff whom are always friendly and helpful. I have purchased their best trifle and it is the best manufactured trifle ever had.
Would highly recommend.
