I stayed in a spacious double room, for 1 night, very comfy bed and pillows. There was plenty of tea , coffee and milk in room which was a bonus, extremely clean. Considering the hotel is a stones throw from amusement you couldn't hear a thing. Free WiFi and parking. Highly recommended, will be staying here again

Rooms are pretty basic and shower quite small, which seems to be the thing these days.|Overall the place was clean and I found the bed comfy. Nice tea & coffee in the room.|Parking available out front and free fruit in the lobby was a nice touch.|Staff where friendly and helpful. When you could get in touch !|I left a couple of messages prior to check in but received no response.

Barbara and the team are fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Great location as Lord Street and the Seafront are less than a couple of minutes walk away. Rooms are clean and tidy with tea and coffee making facilities, but there is also access to a shared kitchen. Would definitely stay again 😊

We have been coming to Southport for a number of years, staying in different places. We have now found the perfect place to stay. It is the perfect location for every thing you need to do. It has free parking. It is nipping clean. It is very comfortable and cosy. They have thought of everything from providing a mat when you step out of the shower ( I usually have to take my own) to a spray air freshener in tho loo 😂. You can use the kitchen if you can be bothered to cook, it has outside seating to people watch and relax. The room is great with comfortable beds, fridge, plenty of storage, shower that does not change temperature and they even provide heat if you get cold or a fan if you get too hot. It definitely ticked all the boxes for us. We were a bit reluctant as it is so inexpensive so dont be put off by the price. Will certainly be back and will certainly recommend. Had a lovely few days away weather perfect. Really close to everything snd parking just perfect and Barbara the owner was so welcoming. Everything you need for a short break. Highly recommend it. Rooms very clean and well set out nothing was too much trouble for Barbara will definitely visit again

Great interaction with the owner Barbara before we travelled our plans changed last minute but she quite happily accommodated us. Lovely clean fresh family room close to all amenities added bonus was free parking. Would definitely recommend great location for shops and pleasureland even a Morrison’s close by we will stay again

I stayed here overnight in a single room. The bed was more like a small double and very comfy (room 3). Very compact and cosy, perfect for just an overnight base to explore from. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and the location, although just round the corner from Lord Street, is tucked away and peaceful. Approx 10 minute walk from the train station. Would stay here again 👍

Stayed here 1 night. Place was very clean and quiet. Ideal location and exellent facilities. Barbara the proprietor was very warm and friendly and couldnt do enough for you.||Parking is free and you have the use of a spotlessly clean kitchen.||Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.
