Fantastic cafe serving fresh, nutritious and delicious WFPB food. The deli counter offers ready made sandwiches, bagels, salads and the chiller has a range of fermented food and drinks on offer, as well as a range of cashew cheese to takeaway. There is also a cook to order menu and I opted for the full cooked breakfast from this, although there were lots of choices I’d have loved to try too. Food was delicious, the chai latte was good too. The cafe itself has a lovely cosy vibe and is dog friendly. There is a ramp outside for access, and once inside the cafe is all on one level. Car park right in front of the building and this is free to use.

Love this place! The food is smashing, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, comfortable and gorgeously decorated with exciting new outdoor options coming soon. Charlie and her staff are always so helpful and warm. Eat in or take out wonderful vegan food with great allergy options too.

We had our small wedding reception here as a private hire. It was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was relaxed, food fresh and delicious and service attentive yet also gave us the privacy we wanted to get on with our day. We couldn’t recommend Wildroot anymore.

Enjoyed this place much more when it was in it's original sate and had a little garden centre. Really dislike the QR code ordering or going up to the counter, can't even have a paper menu or a jug of water at the table, have to keep going to pour a glass from the counter. I have been twice recently with two different friends and they thought service was poor too. Sorry, it wasn't broken, didn't need fixing.

This is one of my favourite places to eat 🙌
I prefer to eat whole foods that are delicious and nutritious, and this place fits perfectly!

The staff are always welcoming and lovely.
The food is amazing.
The venue has always been lovely and is even better after the refurb.

If you haven't been you have to try it!

I had the parsnip, carrot, and ginger soup, with the kimcheese on sourdough toast. It was absolutely delicious and I felt nourished after eating it. Even the hot chocolate was delicious with no sugary after taste.

I absolutely love it there and wish I could eat there every day 🙌

It’s a shame really, me and my husband used to come here nearly once a week after it opened but sadly I think today will be my last visit.
The food is nice and the location is lovely, but it’s quite pricey now and the portion sizes are far too small for the price. My breakfast was £13.50 which is pretty steep for some scrambled tofu, hummus, beans and toast. I’m not a big girl at all and I’m still hungry.
Lastly the whole order at table process is an absolute process in itself. It took nearly 10 minutes adding card info and personal details that it would not let me proceed without. I forgot we had this issue last time which was frustrating then but today, with a one year old climbing out of her chair - it was quite the task. The checkout adds its own gratuity at the end, which is fine but not when the service is so disconnected. Apart from being served my food, I didn’t speak to one member of staff in there. You seat yourself, order from your phone & pay, and the food arrives. Then you eat and leave. Doesn’t feel like the cute little independent business we once loved and wanted to support.
