A little gem, conveniently located by the side of the road, with a few on-site parking spaces. As is so often the way, we called in to get some veg to cook with our Sunday roast, and ended up spending over £50 on various, lovely bits and bobs that have set us up very nicely for the remainder of our self-catering holiday nearby 😀

We came away happy, both with our purchases and supporting a small, local business.

What a smashing shop this is
Owners really friendly and their food is top quality. Highlights for me have to be their cheeses and the best sausages I've ever had , they are fantastic , glad I brought 2 packs 🙂
Vegetables are tasty and nice and dirty ( in a good way !!)
In time I shall quite happily eat my way round the rest of the shop.....there's so much to choose from

On my way home from Devon I stopped at the Marshford Organic Foods' shop on the recommendation of friends who live in Hartland. The shop's mixture of local produce, imported products, the everyday and the exotic was wonderful. My favourite items in an exciting shopping basket were a delicious beef pasty that made a filling lunch on the way home and fresh turmeric root which has delighted me and those who have tasted the food in which this has been used. I wish this decent community enterprise sustained success.
