Please avoid buying rukka Clothing from this company, they are the UK importer and they are literally the worst company for customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I own a motorcycle training school and have spent £5000 on two sets of kit over the last five years and every time there’s a problem they Never Honour warranty, I recently sent them my jacket which was still under warranty the zip has failed on the pocket And they rejected even though the dealership where I bought the jacket can’t understand why. They never follow back with any phone calls. Their attitude is disgusting. And I will be telling all of my students not to buy any rukka And I can’t wait to see them at Motorcycle live where I’ll Voicing my opinions to anybody on their stand considering buying kit!!! You should be ashamed of yourself

Terrible customer service.
I returned a pair of Falco boots that were supposed to be waterproof, but that leaked very badly. They refused to accept the return, saying there was nothing wrong with them. I asked how the boots had been tested but received no further response.
I will always research to make sure that this company is not involved in any future purchase I make.

I had a problem with a helmet but very little time to get it sorted out. Chris Hall at TranAm did an amazing job, getting the repair done and helmet dispatched back to me, on the same day he received it - just as he'd promised he would! These days it's an exception to find such professionalism and customer service and Chris deserves recognition for his commitment. I appreciate your help so much - thank you.

Purchased a Bering Stomp jacket and trousers, Tran Am are the concessionaires for this brand in the UK. The value of the purchase was over £700 and the product is advertised with a two year warranty.
The jacket is approximately 5 months old and has light use particularly over the summer months.
The stitching of the inner liner has failed exposing the flock within one of the sleeves.
I contacted my local dealer who in turn contacted Tran Am.

I have been advised that the liner needs to be sent back to the manufacturer in France for repair with a turn around of potentially six weeks.

That is six weeks in January without the jacket liner.
I have verified this with Tran Am and it is their policy.

So I purchased a premium product that has failed with light use, provided proof of purchase and am expected to be without the item at precisely the time when it is required- January in the UK.

I would have hoped common sense and good customer service would prevail and the item be exchanged via the local dealer under the circumstances.

If you are considering quality bike kit that you can rely on look elsewhere as pragmatism, quality and customer service are not part of Berings tool kit.

Rang up to discuss my 6 yr warranty in my Tikka gear and to ask about some temporary replacement. Was RUDELY told by a gentleman who expressed his displeasure that it was down to the dealer. He couldn't wait to get off the phone. Absolutely gutted that I spent 1500 quid on a suit and so did my wife. Be warned. Once they had your money they give service alright. Lip service.
