Honestly one of my most favourite places to visit been coming here for years. From the cakes to birds to the fish and plants everything is just amazing it’s such a great positive experience so much to look at. Highly recommend for all to go visit if your just wanting a little something to do on a quiet day or even a family day out with kids there’s potters world for them to enjoy such an amazing overall place!

Wonderful place, bird of prey centre, Potter's World with a tropical village and Potter's play tunnel for kids. Let's not forget all the adults, plenty garden plants and furniture to behold with an excellent cafe which i would book as you arrive, then take a mobile prompt to let you know when your table is available. At £5.00 for all day access you can't go wrong. Enjoy.

Lanchester Garden Centre delights with a charming café serving homemade soups, fresh salads, and scrumptious cakes, I ordered the Mac & cheese and it came with garlic bread on the side. ideal for family lunches. Kids love the potters world full of exotic animals you can interact with. The cafe is also dog friendly offering a breakfast menu which is healthy for dogs.

A lovely place! I bought a strawberry tart, and it was both delicious and beautifully presented. And the price was very reasonable! The service was also excellent—the staff proactively asked if I needed any help and were very kind. Oh it’s worth noting that you need to register to get a seat:)

We booked the 'Pooch Party' for my daughter's birthday and can highly recommend it. Having not been to a party at Lanchester Garden Centre before, I was a little apprehensive about how it would go but I needn't have worried. The events room it was held in was lovely (and nice and warm too) with a beautiful feature window looking out over the valley. Everything was well organised and Alison was a great party host. The party was a nice mix of crafting followed by time to move around and then food and had been well thought out to ensure it all ran smoothly. My daughter and her friends all had a fantastic time and were delighted with their new puppy toys.

Over the years I've noticed that it gets pretty chaotic here on a weekend. It's nice to see it so busy but it does make entering and leaving quite stressful. The queue for the greenhouse restaurant spills into the gift shop and when you're just wanting to get through to look at the plants, it can be difficult.

I quite enjoy the layout once you get in as it's like playing hide and seek with plants but there was limited signage so others may perhaps not find this fun.

Nice selection of tomato varieties and pots which was our mission for the day. Good price on the terracotta pots and we got everything we needed.

I do think they need to consider a better entry system and perhaps move things around to ease the confusion. It was very busy and quite stressful which nobody wants on a Sunday.

Great garden centre nice plants and garden statues which are reasonably priced , lovely gift shop nice food counter in shop , potters world good for children £4 entry but worth it lots of animals inside etc , we didn't use the cafe so not sure on price etc but it was busy

The grounds are excellent. The restaurant does good food and plant prices are reasonable
