Dealing with Hale & Co has been an absolute pleasure, we bought a wood burning stove from them and Dave in the heating and plumbing department was incredibly helpful and friendly, going far beyond what we expect from customer services nowadays. Steve the delivery man was brilliant too. I cannot recommend Hale & Co enough, and hope to buy more from them in future (we aren't very local to them but will go out of our way based on the customer service we've received).

If you have an account with Hails, it can be very useful with surprising savings depending on what you have. The staff are excellent for knowledge of products and if they are unsure they go out of their way to help. Always had a satisfactory service from these boys, they are a good bunch of lads
