We've used Total Foodservice for 2 summers now for our outdoor seasonal venue. We had no hesitation about going back to them for our 2nd summer season . Goods are always delivered on time, by polite helpful drivers, and the products ( we mostly buy cakes) are as described. I'm sure we will be returning to them next summer.

Amazing food service company with Amazing people.
All the teams that work at TFS, delivery drivers, tele-sales, sales team, warehouse, logistics & management team are all a credit to the business. I have used TFS for over 20yrs in two employed roles and also as a business owner and I haven't experienced anywhere near the same level of service at any other like for like food service provider. The online ordering system is quick and easy, competitive prices, no stock issues, no delivery issues with new product lines and menu development ideas as a constant feature.

We at Dunbia Sawley always receive great service from Total Foodservice. Items have good dates and can't remember the last time something was not available.

I am a returning customer and I have always received excellent products and service from Total Foods. My location makes it difficult for me to receive delivered goods and this is a lifeline to sustain my business. Small minimum orders is a bonus especially for new start up and Seasonal businesses.

1st time I have deliverd to this place to be told no outside drivers toilet, if you need to use the toilets there is a macdonalds at the top of the road about 5 min walk but if its raining like it was when I arrived then its tough...Thats what they think of delivery drivers.THINK health and saftey need to be informed
