Worth a detour from tun wells/A21 to this haven called Ticehurst! The best coffee & Danish pastries at Buy the Weigh in the High Street.
Lots of atmosphere in this delightfully stocked store & coffee hub. Seating outside..just up from The Haberdashery, another wonderland filled with tempting treasures.
It’s the place to be!

What a hidden gem, shocked by the variety of food in jars and at good price's, but the best thing is the coffee, beautiful seating outside and one lovely village, will definitely vist again soon

We stopped for drinks and sat outside in the sunshine. We didn’t eat but the shop is amazing and smelled delicious. We were very well looked after, the team were so friendly and welcoming. We’ll be back.

We were staying nearby for a family wedding so pre-ordered some fresh bread and pastries for collection. Rob was super helpful and the food and was lovely, as was the coffee. I didn't pick it up myself but I'm told the shop is also worth a visit!

Visited the shop on Thursday and left with the best coffee I can remember having. It was so smooth and tasty.

This is such a great store with so much packed in. And the chilli crackers are sublime too. I’ll be back soon!

What a lovely place. Susan and Rob and their team are always so friendly and happy to chat. We love stopping for a (fabulous) coffee and watching the world go by - and then topping up on the lovely food and products they have. Really worth a stop if you’re passing or a detour if you’re nearby ! 👍👍

On the 25th Aug we were staying in the area and fancy a quick coffee and cake before attending a special event later that day. I was a bit stressed out as we had travelled far and I’d forgotten some essentials I needed. Firstly we was greeted by 2 lovely ladies working there who kindly bought out our drinks and cake, was delicious. Once we had finished I thought I’d ask whether they had some shampoo and conditioner I was desperately after and low and behold they had it, I was so relieved and the lady was super super kind and offered the both products for free as I only needed a nights worth (refill products) so Thankyou so much and will definitely come again in future. Totally recommend this place, very friendly, warm, kind, helpful and go above and beyond for you! Would give you more stars if I could.
