We visited here after travelling on the steam train. Just across the road from the station, we were lured in by the signs for food. Lovely place to look around and the van at the back sells really reasonably priced food, which is cooked fresh to order. The lady was really lovely and the food was great. My 4 year old enjoyed his lunchbox, and we enjoyed our sausage and bacon sandwiches. We ate in a little covered seating area with a fantastic view over the field and of Bodiam Castle (picture is the view while eating). Would recommend and we will be back.

At the back of the garden centre, there's a converted horse box selling hot and cold food.
Prices are far more reasonable than other eateries in the area.
The lady serving was very nice too

Lovely place. Friendly staff. Excellent bacon sandwich cooked to order and very reasonably priced. We were visiting the heritage railway and it was a great place to stop for a snack and hot drink. Would recommend.

Visited here after arriving in Bodiam by steam train and had a nice toasted sandwich and drink. Lovely lady owner who has a talent for crafting which she sells. Nice selection of plants too, well worth a visit 😊

Great little find, we traveled down by steam train & spotted it across from the station. Lovely little coffee shop wagon with unbelievable price. The new owners are working hard & it’s looking good. We will definitely be using this place throughout the seasons. πŸ‘πŸ»

Was out on my motorbike on my way to Lydd on sea when I stumbled upon this charming independent nursery and cafe. I hope more people visit , it is certainly a delightful place in gorgeous surrounding countryside. I do not wish to make any judgements on this venue as it is a fairly new endeavour, I'd far rather encourage others to pop in and try for themselves, maybe bring some cash/change as the IT connection /signal wasn't brilliant for card payment. I'm also a keen cyclist and this place would make a good stop off point for cyclist , walkers or even kayaker's or paddle boarder's as there is the river Rother just a few hundred yards away, If you are a gardener, come and have a look , I thoroughly recommend spending with local business and independent ventures as it creates a more balanced and harmonious economy. Good luck to the lovely ladies on their nursery /cafe business adventure.
