Regular inconsistency between 'prices displayed on shelves' and 'prices charged at till'(...always to the benefit of shop-manager.). Till-receipts are almost impossible to read; so difficult to establish wrong--doings at shop. One of the check-out staff admitted she had asked the manager to renew ink, in order to make 'check-out receipts' legible, but manager refused ! I've never experienced this situation so regularly in any other shop EVER. It is hard not to believe that irregularities such as this are not deliberate ..since it occurs so frequently.

Not what you'd expect from your every day local. Pop in, grab what you need, pay and leave ASAP

Unfortunately many negatives. Their self service machines are slow with aid virtually non existant and they have a persistent leak/damp issue in one or two of their aisles from the ceilings that as been ongoing for a while.

They sell out of date or expired cheese turnovers I've just taken a bite into one that was "freshly baked in store" and almost vomited. The cheese has massively gone off. Serious health and safety standard problem.

Wish I could leave this zero stars. Shop elsewhere

Really nice stuff but some times cash machines don’t work really well and the money it’s really fast

I shop there because it is convenient. Selection is generally good, although the meat and fish have been poor of late. A little expensive for some items, but I guess that is the price that you pay for convenience! The self service tills are probably the most temperamental that I have used - there is an art to using them! It is a bit frustrating when you then have to wait for ages to have a member of staff come to sort the issue out.

Use it because I have to, absolutely stinks by the milk aisle and has for years, can never get everything you need shelves are always empty, staff rudely cut you up in the aisles while ‘stacking shelves’ no respect from most of them, particularly younger staff seem to not realise they’re in customer service… and self checkouts are rarely manned, end up waiting 5+ minutes in the self checkouts for authorisation, least favourite co op in both Crawley and Horsham needs better management but continues to deliver bare minimum, for premium prices.

Decent shop ruined by feral kids running around, scooting down aisles throwing profanities at anyone trying to correct them as clearly their parents are useless.

Very bad. The staff are unattentive and uninterested in serving the customer.
The queue is allowed to regularly grow to halfway down the shop, whilst the person on the checkout is chatting and laughing with colleagues, before anybody considers opening another till.
Shockingly bad customer service.
Go anywhere else instead... trust me, it's worth the additional miles in the car!

Doesn't have a wide selection of food. But great staff and recognise me when I go to shop as I go there quite frequently. 4 stars as they really need to sort out the leak near the milk. Been like that for years and would also like to see them offer more halal frozen food like they do in langley green.
