The campsite was safe and welcoming. We were greeted and personally shown to our pitch. The pitch was large and ample for our needs. The facilities were close and clean. The water was always hot for showers and washing up. It was a really nice atmosphere on site with a mix of families, children and mixed aged seasonal caravan nets. The dogs on site were especially well behaved. The barn area was a welcome addition with a pool table, table football and ping pong. Adult's and children are also both able to enjoy the tractor trailer rides free of charge. The small lakes had fishermen dotted around them with lots of bees, butterflies and dragonflies. The campsite was quiet throughout the night, we all slept well and peacefully throughout our stay. Really happy with our camp would recommend to anyone.

The site has secure entry and on arrival your escorted to your pitch and provided with all of the information you need for your stay.
Individually marked pitches with electric, water and plenty of space to set up table and chairs.
Super clean amenities
A pop up bar (weekends only)
The local butcher selling his locally sourced meats ready for bbq
Mike's tractor rides through his fields are fab and a really nice touch
Fire pits and wood can be purchased and dropped by your pitch

Liked: As previously stated by other guests, this site is a hidden gem. We called on arrival and wasn't kept waiting, the young man was very friendly and helpful. The pitches were large and your allowed campfires which is an added bonus. The toilet and shower facilities are immaculate. There is also a barn with table football and a pool table. There was nothing not to like.

Excellent campsite tucked away in the Dorset countryside.
We used the camping with electric hook up, the pitch sizes are generous.
Nice facilities on site, even has a beauty spa.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Dorset hideaway.
Highly recommended.

Awesome campsite. Truly a hideaway. Quiet at night so we actually had a sleep and not being woken up by late night party owls. Clean and updated facilities. The two little ponds are perfect for introducing children to fishing. My 5 year old spent two hours practicing casting. The provider even added a tractor ride for the children. We will be back.

Hideaway very good name for this campsite drive straight passed the gate and went in circles through so tight lanes before I eventually found it.
The campsite was perfect for a secluded couple of nights away
Facilities were very clean but considering it was very quiet on my visit I should imagine the two toilets and two showers being very busy in the mornings if all the pitches were taken.
