I have done some work for one of the small units here (The Nurture Sanctuary). We used the cafe every day for cake and coffee. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. All the small shop owners at Redlands are welcoming and helpful.

The record shop buying and selling old vinyl is a great place to browse owner is very helpful recommended a visit

Love this place for a quiet afternoon out. Start with a cuppa and gorgeous slice of cake in the restaurant then round to the crystal shop to spend, spend ,spend.

Mixture of various shops and an excellent restaurant, serving fresh cooked homemade or local food from breakfast to evening meal. With a plelerora of homemade cakes. 😋

We arrived to a very busy cafe this afternoon , we stood where it said* please wait to be seated*• . A waitress walked past us …no acknowledgement . Another waitress cleared a table right by where we were standing -again nothing . The same waitress came back out with food looked at us & walked back .
Firstly teach your staff to acknowledge customers with a nod , smile , and even better , we will be with you in a minute . Ignoring customers is totally ignorant . We shall not be back .

Broad range of interesting products and comfortable spacious cafe/ restaurant. Unfortunately some shops closed on Sunday so worth checking to avoid disappointment.

Went to cafe today stood where it said wait to be seated a waitress looked at us then walked away. Had carrot cake worst I hv ever had stoggy and undercooked mentioned this when paying the waitress didn’t call her supervisor or apologise, sadly won’t be returning.
