If I could rate 6 stars out of 5, I absolutely would! I can't recommend them enough. They assisted in a crisis when another local letting agent made me homeless due to their incompetence. John German were professional, helpful, communicated with me at every stage and got me moved into a property within a week! All of the staff were fantastic and they made what was a very stressful event, absolutely seamless. Big thanks to all!

Just exchanged contracts on our sale. A difficult time to sell a property through the pandemic but John German have been great. Very well organised viewings (thanks Peter) and staff dealing with our sale especially Liz Brown in the Barton office. Through some ups and downs (not the fault of the agent) Liz has provided a friendly ear and shoulder to cry on. Overall a good experience and much better than the previous agent in Burton who tried to sell our property.
