Our first time at Eric Lyons in Knowle and the experience was superb! My son wanted to try the individual Beef Wellington but was sold out so one of the staff offered to make a fresh one but since it was going to be a small portion we decided to just take the Double Beef Wellington from the frozen section instead. The same staff said there should be some fresh ones on the shelf and came out to check but were sold out so again he offered to make a fresh one which was so kind of him as it was a busy Saturday. Tried it for the first time and the meat was tender and very juicy and the pastry was perfect. My son definitely enjoyed his first Beef Wellington!

Dan and his team were absolutely incredible providing a bespoke menu for my clients 10th wedding anniversary. The canapes, main and desserts were all divine and all the guests were talking about how wonderful the food was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any other event you may have in mind!

We have ordered a range of products from Eric Lyons twice now. The Indonesian lamb has been a repeat order, simply wonderful. The beef Madras is excellent as is the Caribbean chicken. We really wanted to try the pre-cooked turkey dinner, as we intend doing as little as possible this Christmas. We weren't disappointed. So much so, that we made a second order to 'prepare' our friends as we will not be reliable this December! Unfortunately, the order came one double portion short, two days before it was required. Fortunately, Eric Lyons shipped the missing items to us in time! So, seriously good food with seriously good service. (Top tip - ditch the double portion ordering on the website. It's a tad confusing for us customers as it, seemingly, is for your pickers; everything in single units and then select the quantity. Thanks)

I hadn't ordered online before but it was super easy. I received a free family sized chicken pie with my first order!
As there are only 2 of us I cut the pie in half and put half in the freezer. Using an air fryer liner I lowered the half in easily to the air fryer. I'd also ordered some Alfred Bartlett potatoes so added a big one alongside the pie. ( I microwaved the potato for a few minutes first to start it off)
Pie and potato were both delicious. Lovely pastry, plenty of pie filling, and lovely baked potato, no black or discolouration at all. Steamed greens alongside for super quick meal!

Brilliant Christmas order! I live locally and was delighted to see I could order everything I needed for a Christmas away in a holiday cottage for two! I ordered two steaks, cheese selection, smoked salmon, mince pies and sausage rolls. Collection was easy and the quality of the food was amazing! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Great quality butchers, not many of these around now, and certainly not many of them of this quality. The sale of local products and the bakery side of things for pies sausage rolls and their festive pie is one of the reasons I drive from kenilworth to visit here definitely a must visit
