Really good service from eCanopy. Moved into a property and wasn't happy with the plastic cladding in the kitchen. Contacted eCanopy and it was all pretty straight forward. Did have a little snag once the sheets had arrived as they didn't quite fit. Contacted eCanopy and spoke to Ye who offered to cut a spare sheet to size at no cost. Over all I'm really pleased with the finished product. I assure you they are the same kitchen 😂 look at the plug sockets for confirmation.

Please please do not believe these reviews - they are fake. Look at the names and previous reviews… total scam!!!!
Ecanopy company ripped me off for almost £5k with a canopy system that wasn’t fit to exhaust the smell from a slice of toast.
From the get go the system underperformed to such an extent, my restaurant’s entire menu had to change. When the owner finally realised I was onto him, all communication stopped. The quality of the ducting was very poor, the control panel similar to a child’s toy and the noise it emitted sounded like you were in an air craft hanger. Ye comes across very well, friendly and professional - but like any con man, it’s a ploy to get the money from your pockets. Walk away and go with a company that has integrity, legitimacy and honest feedback. I’ll be taking this company to a small claims court for full reimbursement.
Furthermore I’ve had to employ another company, to put a completely new system in to put it right.

excellent service right from the start, I was unsure about a couple of things and the help was very honest to the point where they sold me a cheaper version that better suited my requirements. The product arrived in perfect condition and very promptly and was exactly what I had ordered. Even during installation they were on the other end of the phone to help with any queries I had, would highly recommend without hesitation
