Reccomended. I order for Hather Plant Hire regularly for both the plant office and our fitting staff. All staff are pleasant and efficient - but in paticular I contact Joe by email who always responds promptly.

Over the last 5 years I’ve brought 13 machines, 5 dumpers, 6 breakers rollers and small plant etc. I’ve had machines delivered with damage on them and turned a blind eye then they try and charge me £300 for battery off a Pedestrian roller still in warranty which I sent back and brought one for £45. Very poor service and after care after spending over half a million pound with them. 👎

parts dept 4 stars the rest 0 stars. i was looking to purchase new 6t digger with breaker called in at least 4 times to new droitwich dept it was never open ,left a message on reps awnswer machine didnt bother ringing me back i already own a kubota digger that i purchased from bte but i feel they are only interested in larger customers
