Absolutely smashing breakfast, definitely one of my top places to go.
In my opinion very good value, and although it looks a bit pretentious with the the layout (my pet peeve is beans in a ramekin!), the team do get it right. Some places really don't!

They even serve Stokes sauces, which is like HP/Heinz on steroids. Can't fault a place that knows their sauce!

This is a really good breakfast experience.
Gluten free available.
Wheelchair friendly restaurant and toilet in Farm shop.
Really tasty food.
Friendly enough staff.
The only reason that I deducted one star is simply because " Hash browns " cost £2 for every extra one that you want !!!!!
This is totally beyond my comprehension as they are not that expensive to produce and cook.
But otherwise a good experience.

Very excited to have a meal out at spuds and berries, everything is so fresh and succulent. The meat was full of flavour and the dressing to match. The deserts are wonderful made and I highly recommend a meal here.

The price is not bad either. And there is a lovely small farm shop on the side.

First visit, easy to find clear sign off the main road. Good size carpark. Friendly staff and warm welcome. Good selection of drinks, varied food menu with vegan and gluten free available. Food took a while to a arrive, noticed other table got wrong order. When came decent portions and tasted good. Inside and outside seating all on one level. Cafe attached to the farm shop which houses the toilets. Quite expensive 2 breakfast and 3 hot drinks £35.00. Worth a mention they have stopped doing the PYO it says on the web site. All clean and tidy.

We ate at the cafe. We had small bites and daughter had a halloumi sandwich, which was quite big and filling.
Hubby orded a gluten free flatbread, which turned out to be no flatbread, this was not explained until after food was served, which is why a star has been dropped.

very easy to locate on the A63, there are indoor and outdoor tables available, obviously weather permitting.
We were allocated a table and were given a choice of 2 menus, a full menu and a fixed price menu, we chose the 2 courses for £18, which still offered a very wide choice.
The Yorkshire tea was served in a very nice tea set, from which you can get 3 cups of tea.The flat iron steak was cooked just right accompanied by fries and a peppercorn sauce, my good lady had Chicken chilli focaccia, which she informed me was excellent. We had 3 desserts between us, all of which were exceedingly good.
The service staff were pleasant and very attentive, the only personal slight niggle, as someone has hearing problems is the room can be noisy.
We later popped into the attached shop, which is very well stocked with some quality merchandise.
Overall a very enjoyable visit.
