Absolutely delightful products, with brilliant customer service.
The honey is delicious! And presented in an array of sizes and gift packages.
It's a family run business, and this is demonstrated by the personal pride taken. Not just the products, but the lovely attention to detail.
Excellent communication from Linda, with prompt delivery.
It may be a small business, but it put a huge smile on my face!

Maybe needs to change opening times on your website and advise this is run from a property and not a shop. When people are looking I turned up no answer at the gate also telephoned again no answer. I had to travel so was not very impressed, also not well sign posted.

Reply to owners reply I was clearly stating if you are not going to be around alter your opening times, there is nowhere I can see on website stating phone before. Yes you did call back an hour later however I had already been and gone. Also to sign post it seems like you don't like constructive feed back.

"They sell lovely honey just buy it online...."

Went to look at location today as really interested in local honey but upon arrival we was put off instantly by the two massive dogs that were aggressively barking at the gate.
The bell was not accessible due to the dogs being up against the gates 😕.
This was my own personal experience and as I experienced it visiting the location for Google maps.

I thought I knew what honey was before trying this, but obviously I was wrong - all types are most definitely not the same! I'm a big fan of honey in general, but the taste of Bear Cool honey is out of this world, so smooth and flavourful. From researching the company, it is ethical, and the bees are clearly well cared for and loved. You can taste the happiness!

The candles are absolutely beautiful, and so amazingly well crafted. What a wonderful find this small business is, and right on my doorstep! Five stars, would definitely recommend. ❤️
