Purchasing a new build property wasn't something we thought we would ever do, but after viewing our house built by Woodall Homes we absolutely fell in love with it. The location, the layout, the quality, we just hadn't come across before. We have been in our new home for a couple of months now and are very happy with the house. The level of after sales care we have also received has been great, we really couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend the properties by this builder and the service. Thank you.

We have been very impressed with the very attentive & speedy service by Woodall Homes both during & after our purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble when we had questions, queries & worries, they were always dealt with quickly & professionally. Team Joanne, Claire (who saw us through the whole purchase & aftercare, always with a smile) & Site Manager Ben, couldn’t have been more helpful & obliging at every request.
We are extremely happy with the beautiful house build & feel that attention to detail has been a priority in all their work. We would thoroughly recommend Woodhall Homes to anyone.

I moved into my new home about 6 months ago and I love it. The house is perfect and Woodhall Homes have been excellent every step of the way. The site staff have all been so lovely and Claire in sales/customer service was fantastic at getting everything sorted. Snags have been dealt with really well and the quality of the house is very high. I'd highly recommend houses from Woodhall Homes, my experience has been first class.

I would like to make a formal apology to Woodall Home’s regarding my previous review. This was worded inappropriately and did not represent the Customer Service we received in respect of the House purchase.
I’m pleased to say we are in the process of an agreement in respect of Site issues that were originally raised and I’m confident these will be completed in a professional and timely manner.
I would like to add that Woodall Homes did respond satisfactorily to all other concerns we raised following the purchase of our property.

We have recently moved into a Woodhall home on Palatine Gardens in Darley Dale. We would like to say how delighted we are with our new home. They have built a wonderful small development with a first class finish.The site manager Ben and his team and Claire in sales have always been very helpful and nothing has been too much trouble for them. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You hear so many bad reviews and horror stories about new builds but Woodall homes have made my first experience a 10/10 journey, right from the first initial meeting with Fiona to actually handing the keys over! Everything was on time, the team from the sales team to the builders are always on top of any queries, repairs & just any help needed!

You will always get snagging in a new build home, you have to give the property time to set, so when we have had any issues all the work has been done as and when said it would be! Literally no complaints from them with the 100000 of questions I asked to any repairs I have requested them to complete!

The after care from the team is outstanding, it’s not a “they have bought the home now so let’s forget about them” they still treat you as lovely as they did from the first meeting of selling you the home!

The finish of the home which we purchased is absolutely amazing! The kitchen right down to the carpets, the doors and extras offered, the quality in the build is amazing & genuinely no complaints!
Me and my husband are so happy with our home and so glad we went with Woodall homes, if your thinking about purchasing from them then I would 100% recommend because you genuinely will not be disappointed as they honestly do go above and beyond to make sure all their customers are happy!
