I feel sorry for the Banksman......a job from hell.
Employees cars parked on both sides of the road, two lorries waiting, another lorry turning around. Total chaos. Unlucky if you work further along Lowfield Drive which is serving as an extension of Freshview's carpark to the detriment of all other business.

Can you explain why your delivery driver thinks its acceptable to hold up the entire M6 Southbound because he is insistent on sitting in the outside lane not overtaking? Because of his lazy driving manner he forced people to undertake him which followed with what can only be described as a death stare. The bearded chap really is drawing attention to your company for all the wrong reasons and I'd expect you to receive some more negative reviews in the future.

Unfortunately I am not allowed to leave 0 stars….

Apparently I drove 40 miles ( 40.7 to be more specific) and spent £30 to be shouted like a dog that I have parked where I shouldn’t be by an employee whose working and moral ethics are beyond acceptable

Clearly my vehicle wasn’t parked as I left the engine running purposely with hazard lights on , let’s just agree that there must be a certain approach to clients who technically paid the mentioned employee wage…

I spoke to a gentleman who presented himself as a “ manager “ and came with the classic vague explanation that the person who’s screamed at my face “shall be spoken “,no apologies given , NO intelligent approach to the arisen situation, obviously he was NOT interested at all

And that happens to a client like myself who drives to FreshView almost every week , total lack of management and customers relationship

Not sure what the products or service are like but the driving of one of their delivery drivers is dangerous. He has just under cut me, without indicating, in heavy traffic on the M6, very nearly clipping my front wing. have taken his details.

Due to being self isolated and knowing how hard it is currently to get hold of food, we decided to book and order here rather than asking people to shop for us.
Ordering was easy over the phone. Items came the next day, left on the doorstep so didn’t need to interact.
Excellent quality food at very reasonable price. Excellent service and would totally recommend
