Probably the most incompetent company in the country. Tags are rubbish the chip and number don't match. Takes MONTHS to get tags. Staff are obtuse and unhelpful. They don't have a complaints department and refuse to accept complaints. Its not possible to leave a message for anyone. They don't return calls.... I could go on. AVOID at all costs.
