I recently had McLaren’s Fine Foods cater my twins' first birthday party, and I couldn't be happier with the result! They provided a graze table that was not only delicious but also beautifully set up. The set up and presentation was seamless. All our guests were thoroughly impressed, particularly with the donuts, which were a huge hit! McLaren’s Bakery and Fine Food is hands down one of the best spots in town. The baked goods are absolutely phenomenal – fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can truly taste the passion in every bite, and it’s clear the baker takes immense pride in his craft.

The food from the owner shows how much dedication he puts into his work even though there are times you may notice he isn’t as warm to the customer, you can see the passion he has to make everything leave the shop perfect, a true craftsman hence why we always go back.

Their sandwiches are second to none. My favourite is buffalo chicken and the New York deli full of pastrami, they’re both delicious and surprisingly affordable. It’s rare to find this level of taste and freshness without breaking the bank especially on weybridge high street.

We also make it a point to buy a loaf of bread every week – it’s always baked to an exceptionally high standard. Soft, fragrant, and perfect for anything from toast to sandwiches at home.

Ordered Afternoon Tea for my Mum for Mother's Day from here. It was beautiful. Very well packaged and the food was lovely and fresh. My Mum was over the moon. When we're allowed to see her we will be ordering again from here for all of us as a "Lockdown Over" treat. I'm ordering donuts next too as they look amazing. What a lovely shop - visiting felt like a trip around the world:
- a latte which reminded me of 🇮🇹
- Cinnamon bun like they bake them in🇳🇴
- filled doughnut tasted like the ones in 🇨🇭
- pop tarts and goldfish from the 🇺🇸
- baguette like they bake them in 🇫🇷

Next time I will try the Gin from Surrey and some meat…..
