The pre-installation process was nothing short of a nightmare. Over several months, four different people came to take the same measurements because they kept getting “lost". Not turning up for agreed appointments wasted days of annual leave and communication was a constant struggle, with calls never being returned or met with excuses and lies. (Manager Gary in constant meetings from 8am-5pm for 5 months? Come off it!)

I’m a reasonable person and am understanding that things can go wrong so much of the stress could have been avoided with proactive communication and honesty. In the end I had no choice but to escalate a formal complaint to get a resolution.

Thankfully, the installation experience was a different story. Aaron, Trigger and Sam were outstanding — friendly, professional, hardworking and a genuine pleasure to have in my home over two days. It’s a real shame the wider company doesn’t reflect their level of competence or hold itself to the same high standards.

Clearview management: I sincerely hope you recognise the value of these gentlemen — they are the sole reason you haven’t received zero stars from me. Thank you to "the A team" - you're superstars!

Look like they are doing a good job can’t fault them but they have a speaker outside and it’s blaring at max volume disrupting the entire road and disturbing other residents in the building, not against it just they could turn it down.

They have visited my property multiple times, yet each time they attempt a repair, they end up causing more damage—particularly by breaking the glass. They consistently fail to keep their scheduled appointment times, often arriving much later than agreed, sometimes even late in the evening without prior notice.

Most recently, they sent workers all the way from Peterborough to London just to fix a simple window handle. Instead of resolving the issue, they ended up breaking the glass. A few days later, they returned—again late in the evening—to take measurements for a replacement. One of the workers mentioned that the company had dismissed all their London-based staff because they were clocking in, claiming to have completed jobs, but never actually showing up to do the work.

This company is highly unprofessional, unreliable, and careless with their repairs. They repeatedly miss appointments, waste time, and cause unnecessary damage to windows instead of fixing them. And yet, they call themselves Clearview Windows? I find it hard to believe all the positive reviews I’ve seen—so consider this a warning to anyone thinking of using their services!

We had new front and back doors supplied and fitted by Clearview. Everyone we dealt with were very professional and helpful. Sam and Liam who done the measuring and fitted the doors done a superb job. My wife and I are very please and would definitely recommend.

From us initially contacting clearview to give us a price for a new back door for our house & a refurbishment of our daughters bungalow. Consisting of a front door a back door a sliding patio door & 4 windows. We were very impressed with the service we received from the surveyor. The knowledge & friendly manner of the staff who dealt with us. The Quality of the products. The fitting teams arrived on time. Both teams did a superb job for us and our daughter But more importantly the price. Because the price was very reasonable we did not feel the need to get other quotes from other double glazing firms. We would not hesitate to reccomend CLEARVIEW. Our daughter said her bungalow feels so much warmer now thanks to her new doors/windows. Worse company to go with, do not pay their workers on time and also let all the drivers drive with bold tires, some of the lads don’t even have breaks and they rob your break of you which is not paid, I came to office as they miss paid me and the manager wouldn’t talk so he got his weird assistant that has no idea how management works and try tell me that I ow them money stupid silly guy. Organisation is at it worse I wouldn’t not recommend no one going to these all the work is done fast and left for months without anyone checking the work

Clearview repairmen/engineers don't seem to care. Clearview is contracted by Tower Hamlets for it's council housing repairs on windows. On 3 separate occasions now Clearview's repairmen have failed to show up at their allocated repair time. NO CALL NO SHOW.

They do not call you up after to re-book either, it has been up to me to do so each time, only to have them not show up again.

The repair is for my Aunt who is low income, who is having to take time off work for these appointments, only for the repair guy to not show up and don't even have the decency to call. A complete disregard for peoples time.

The customer service team does seem to care and has tried to fix the problem, but they make false promises each time that the repairs will be done. The repairs don't happen.

I don't know why Tower Hamlets would hire a company from so far away and create a logistical problem. A repair man for this job once told me he couldn't come to do the work as he had to head home, two and half hours before 5 O'clock, so he can beat the traffic. Understandable, but then why book the job?

This repair has been ongoing for months now with no sign of a fix coming. Bad Service. Avoid.

Exceptional work by qualified professionals. Ainsley and Kyle came into my property on time, and was very polite. Customer service skills are excellent. Ainsley explained what would be done and how long it would take to do.
Both men had great rapore with me.
I will recommend Clear view to all of my friends in the future. Also they cleaned up after the job was done. Not many companies do that these days.
