I recently purchased a Kubota u55-4 digger and a JCB 3t dumper. Both arrived in the time scale promised. The digger has been working perfectly and I am very pleased. The dumper had a gear selection problem but I spoke to Harry who sent out an engineer who ordered a new part and fitted it the next day. I am really pleased with my purchases and the service from Harry. I bought the items without viewing them due to distance away and I was worried by that but Harry gave me a small warranty which put my mind at rest and he honoured it without question. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again

Recently purchased a machine from this company with which I have discovered a number of faults. Although under the consumer rights act 2015 I am entitled to a full refund they are being awkward and refusing my refund therefore making me go through the long and drawn out legal process. Be warned they may tell you how professional they are but their attitude is that once purchased then it is not their problem

Recently bought 3 machines from SJH-All Plant ( Earl in Sales) , all fantastic. 1 unfortunately developed a small oil leak not SJH fault – these things happen with used machinery. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Speaking to the fitter over the phone and he diagnosed the problem straight away. The lady on the phone (jasmine I think her name was) was very friendly and polite and go me through to the right department immediately.
All sorted out within 48 hours,

They were a pleasure to deal with and I will be back in for the dump trucks I need shortly.

Spent roughly 150k in 8 months on 14t, 2x8t, 1t excavators and 2x3t dumpers. One 8t turned up without the master(red key) when I contacted Sjh got totally ignored. Another 8t turned up with a rip in the track when I contacted Sjh I was told they would contact me which they never. Both dumpers the starter motors had to be changed within 2 weeks of purchase (not Sjh fault but still) terrible people to deal with take your money then ignore you delivery was late will be taking our business else where in the future

Con men. Sold a machine I agreed to purchase. Played me off an other customer to force a deal. Wasted a lot of time organising things my end. Shrug of shoulders, don’t care.
