I recently had the pleasure of working with Go Displays for our exhibition needs, and I can't recommend them enough! We ordered the Tex-Flex Fabric Displays, and I was truly impressed by the quality and vibrant colors! Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. They were SO helpful (especially as it was a tight turnaround) and communication was fantastic. I am not a graphic designer by trade so was a little nervous submitting the file to create the screen, but they were so reassuring and I felt like they held my hand through the whole process. It felt really personable and accessible and really put me at ease.
Vicky in particular was so helpful and kept me up to date with everything, right up to delivery.

I recently ordered a shell shame panel from Go-Display for an upcoming fair and specifically selected the Hook model with a width of 1000 mm. However, to my surprise, they sent me the Velcro model instead. With just three days left before the event, I was left in a difficult situation. I immediately contacted Go-Display to inform them of the issue but received no response. I spent 850 GBP for nothing.

Bad quality, Bad service! We ordered a large stand and table. the magnets on the table did not stick properly from day 1 and the magnets on the big display stopped sticking at the bottom 2nd use.
We have just changed the name of one of our divisions so re printed one panel same original artwork supplied just a logo change, (as a temporary thing till our full re brand and we will change the whole thing) supplied the artwork for the whole stand not just the one panel and the new panel they printed does not match the original its massively out of line and looks awful. I emailed them to advise and they came back saying happens nothing they can do!!!!! why offer a service if you can't provide it. would not recommend. would not even give them one star but there are no options for less.

Great job from start to finish. Very helpful staff and an amazing product all at good value. The owners have clearly spent a lot of time and care on their business to achieve customer satisfaction and return business - I would certainly use them again!! I highly recommend.

Bad products and even worse service. I dealt with Go Displays a few months ago - unfortunately my banners arrived a day late and damaged because they didn't stick the labels on correctly so they were held up in customs. It completely ruined our conference and trip to the US. Obviously I complained and wasn't given an apology or a penny compensation - worse service I have ever experienced, I would stay clear!
