Avoid Wave Water Supplies - High Bills, Poor Service, and Scams

I strongly advise avoiding Wave Water Supplies at all costs. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From exorbitant bills that seem to come out of nowhere to a customer service team that’s unresponsive and unhelpful, dealing with Wave Water Supplies has been incredibly frustrating.

Despite my efforts to resolve billing discrepancies, I was constantly met with vague explanations and no real solutions. It felt like they were more interested in taking my money than providing a fair and transparent service. In my opinion, this company operates like a scam, overcharging customers and providing little value in return.

If you're considering Wave Water Supplies, think twice. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable water supplier. This is not a company you can trust.

My experience with this water supply company has been awful, particularly with their account and billing services. I've had numerous issues with incorrect billing, unexpected charges, and a complete lack of transparency. Trying to resolve these problems with customer service has been a nightmare—long wait times, unhelpful staff, and no follow-up. It seems like they just don't care about their customers. For the hassle and poor service, it’s simply not worth it. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a reliable water supply.

Appalling company. They insist on invoicing my business for water used at a premises I vacated over three years ago!?! Despite providing evidence that I've left the building (which includes a completed tenancy agreement, and the commercial agent details), they deny that it's sufficient proof that I'm no longer there! Useless. A quick drive by on Google shows that the shop is empty. I will continue to ignore them because it's like dealing with a brick wall.

Excellent service. Phoned to report a leak on my supply valve outside my property on Saturday. Lady who took the call was so polite and efficient. Lovely personality. Today the engineer came to check the problem. Again this person was so polite and really helpful. It's so refreshing to receive such great service.

Awful company, fails to post or email invoices, yet post reminders. If you don't give customers copies of invoices how do you expect them to pay. complaints department useless as well. This brand brings shame to anglia water

Very disappointing that it is no longer possible to pay bills by Giro . Not all accounts allow payment by direct debit ,Our's is a treasures Account the type that is used by clubs church's ect .That requires two signatures before money can be withdrawn or cheques can be issued. For twenty years I have been able to pay bills over the counter at the bank no longer

You have stopped that option Our organisation has A Treasurer's account & can not be paid by Direct Debit( Anglican Water Customer)

Some one working name is Zain , definitely need to go return to study and need to learn how speak to wave customers, because of this member of wave I will change my 6 brunches water contract never again , and also I am not recommending this company also web payments not working properly and expensive
