We go here every year to carefully pick out our pumpkins.
This year it seemed scaled down a little in comparison to past years however it certainly didn't stop the enjoyment. Loved the addition of the trail for the kids! Unfortunately alot of the pumpkins had started to rot which was the case for a few that we picked (due to the mud on them at the time we couldn't see the rotting) however we carved the good parts up and allowed our chickens to feast on the good bits so only a small amount went to waste!

Make sure you bring wellies but my best tip is NOT to leave it last minute like us so you can really enjoy every part of the experience!

We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning next year!

beautiful pumpkin patch, lots of space and i loved the service. there were lots of good photo spots and there was quite a few things to do, i loved the seasonal hot drinks stall especially. the wheelbarrows were easy and i loved the variety of pumpkins to choose from. i got 3 HUGE, perfect ones and a little white one for only £18. i do wish we could’ve stayed longer than only 30 minutes, but that was my only issue.

Honestly so many pumpkins. I’ve only been to two other PYOP places and this one wasn’t too bad. We heard from someone that they didn’t have as much variety as they did last year. Personally for me it was great and I know due to certain weather conditions you can’t always have it perfect every year. Will definitely go again next year to see how it differs! One thing I will say is I find £3.75 entry for an adult a bit steep but because it’s only up the road we’re saving on travel costs so either way I guess it evens out! It's become a family tradition to go and pick our pumpkins at Pumpkin Moon. Whatever the weather. Such a great place to go and we always have fun.

We go every year, loved it as always, just would suggest going as soon as they open as towards the later end of October, not much choice and pumpkins were rotting, did still managed to find some nice pumpkins though. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Atmosphere is great xx

Great place for pumpkin picking! They have 2 huge fields at the Maidstone site with a variety of sizes and colours of pumpkins and squash. Lots of nice photo opportunities too with the moon, the door, the shelves etc.

Nice seating area in the middle with lots of different stalls, including a prosecco van which was a highlight for me, and the lady running it was so lovely! 😊

A lot of fun and a great range of pumpkins grown right there in the patch! The prices are good too. Its £5 for the large ones and £1 for the mini ones so you can have a collection of all the different shapes and colours and carve them in different ways. Its such a good idea, we really enjoyed it. Would recommend for anyone really but great for families and kids especially!

Had a lovely day picking Pumpkins at Pumpkin moon today. Easy site access, friendly staff, loads of pumpkins to pick through and choose, food and refreshments and supporting a local business. Ideal for kids - young and old. Food and drinks reasonably priced and pumpkin prices are decent and honest. Lots of advice on site on which ones are best to eat or display as an ornament and talented local arts and crafts. A great day out for next to nothing - support your community and give it a try (book in advance!)
