Such a gorgeous place! The cakes were lovely & the iced coffee was especially nice. Lovely seating outside & a really nice atmosphere. We did find it was a little bit expensive for coffee & cake - especially with the difference in taking away vs eating in. We sat outside & had takeaway cups etc but still had to pay the extra to have in. Other than that it was really lovely & we do recommend & will be back.

Such a lovely spot with plenty of parking. Staff were so lovely and added to the lovely atmosphere here. I was excited to try the cheese toastie as they used Neal’s yard dairy cheese which is famously good. The toastie was incredible, especially with the onion chutney stuff.
Also had the smoked salmon bagel and it was delicious, crispy outside with a soft inside, quality ingredients.
Also had the carrot cake and cinnamon bun, both were delicious but the carrot cake was especially tasty. Recommend it! Coffee was lovely too. They clearly put their all into all of their food here, loved it.

Enjoy

The best day ! We went to visit the farm for some Apple pears and pumpkin picking. We arrived for lunch and decided to have a bite at the white finch. It reconciled us with traditional English cuisine, everything is homemade, so that a simple sourdough cheese sandwich is a work of art, inasmuch as it’s leveled up by a fantastic homemade chili chutney, and the cakes, oh my, the cakes… the pumpkin pie ! Out of this world. Never had anything like it. From the coffee to the tea to the desserts and the homemade juice, wow… not to mention that the staff was the friendliest ! it’s going to be our tradition now. We finally found our happy place ! Can’t wait for the traditional afternoon tea…

Bright and airy cafe plus outdoor space on a terrace on the fruit farm, delicious cakes, coffee quite expensive, take cash as WiFi signal is very poor so card payments can time out. The carrot cake and scones are very good.

Absolutely delicious cakes! Situated on a pick your own farm this was a perfect spot to grab a cake and drink.

We had carrot cake, chocolate brownies, sausage rolls, tea and coffee, all were delicious, tasted fresh and homemade.

We were really impressed by the cakes, just like mum would make them (but better!) the coffee was also a really nice blend and a refreshing change from the usual run on the mill coffee houses.

Service was spot on, orders taken and delivered to your table quickly, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Tea rooms were clean and tidy.

Nice food, friendly service. Even though it's a tin shed it's really nice and warm inside, they have a wood burner. Poached egg on sourdough with avocado was really nice and the fresh apple juice is delicious. It is a bit expensive but about the same as most places.

Lovely selection of cakes and pastries – all home-made. Staff were really friendly and welcoming.
The cheese and herb scones were absolutely delicious and really substantial.
Really nice cups of coffee and they cater for people with food intolerances.
Our only criticism – we arrived on a cold and very rainy day and the building has a very high ceiling and was sooooooo cold!! They do have a large log burner, but it wasn’t working. Virtually everybody was eating wearing their coats and both my daughter and I, and also two other couples tried to diplomatically mention this to members of staff, but it did fall on deaf ears. Definitely worth bearing in mind if you don’t go in the summer. But all in all it was lovely and we will definitely go back.
