Awful!!! Do not order parcels to this shop. They initially refused my delivery from Yodel last week because “they were too busy and the shop is too small”. Didn’t offer me any help, spoke over me when I tried to ask questions, to the point I had to ask him to please let me talk. I was just dismissed. I wasted so much time trying to track my parcel down, only for the seller to advise that it was definitely there. I was dreading going back into the shop after the last experience, but I did today and somehow when they checked it was there. I explained how frustrating this process has been and that maybe they shouldn’t be accepting parcels at all if they can’t cope with the demand on differing days. It’s too unpredictable for customers, especially around Xmas. The man was very rude, disgusting attitude, no apology, and told me to never use the shop again. I wouldn’t spend a penny more in there.

Note to shopkeeper… Take some customer service courses, you could definitely do with it if you want to retain your customers.

Tip to Yodel… don’t continue your contract with this shop!

Customer service is disgusting.
Screamed at in front of my young daughter by a man old enough to know better because I asked a question regarding packages. My daughter actually burst out crying as soon as we left. I have genuinely never been treated worse as customer in my entire life.

I fully agree with all the negative reviews really bad experience when going to shop to collect parcels the shop keepers need to have some manners and respect for their customers !! They should not be able to run a parcel service which they get paid for doing !!
