Do not buy fresh produce from these people. Send you old and tired end of season stuff, then offer to replace it when you complain. Then don't do anything about it. Seems its something they do. AVOID

OK. Todate, it's been 5 weeks since my order was placed. 4.5 weeks since it arrived and you were notified I wasn't happy, 4 weeks since your reply offering a refund or replacement, which I thought was fair so opting for the replacement as was looking for a supplier. 2 weeks since my follow up email asking for an update. Today, Google review posted, 23 min later a response to advise my replacement was being organised while replying to my email. Send us the replacement and I'll update this review when I get it.

Pt3. FYI. I have now received the replacement which was how I would expect an order to be.

Don’t waste your money ordering fresh peppers. I received an order with mostly rotten peppers. After emailing them I was promised a refund and that they would resend the order from their next batch. After 3 weeks neither happened.

Order 1kg of Scotch Bonnets. They were on offer at a great price and arrived less than 24hr after ordering. All fresh, ripe and perfect. Superb service, would recommend. Not my last order

I ordered 4kg of scotch bonnets and they arrived today. The quality is exceptional. 3 (out of 200+) were green but everything else perfectly ripe and fresh. I’m guessing these must have been grown with hydroponics because they were all super clean as well. I will order again with no hesitation! Thank you

Bought a surprise bag through Save Before It's To Late and what a surprise that was. Loved it all.
The no fish sauce was absolutely delicious as were all the other items.

My first order of 4kg of Jalapenos was perfect. I was a little jealous at how perfect they all were as I have tried to grow them myself and were nowhere near as good.
My second delivery had some damaged produce.
I contacted the company and their response time and rectifying the issue was impeccable!!!
Would definitely recommend and will be ordering from them again.

Delivery was very swift for an order for some fresh reapers, they only took 2 days from order to door, the quality of the produce looks nice and fresh overall, tried one today and not as hot as I'd expected, (still hot with a nice flavour) but that may have just been a cooler one from the batch, only time will tell as I use them. I am likely to place another order fairly soon as the overall service has been great
