I have had several bags of the mulch from Apsley Farms snd I have to say it beats anything I have ever put on my garden. The soil in my garden was rock hard when we moved here but after two years I can fork it over quite easily. My neighbours who have allotments now order from them. Super stuff, easy to order and delivery man is so helpful.

We are really pleased with the large mulch bag delivery by Neil of Aspley Farm... we had an interesting chat, seems that the company is very well run and looks after both it's products and it's staff. It was delivered in an impressive truck with cantilevered crane.
Previously, to stop weeds, we used weed fabric covered with bark... but although it looks good, it does not improve the soil and health of plants... so, this year, after neighbours recommended Aspley Farm mulch, we we've bought a large bag and spread it across several beds to a depth of about 3". Logically, it should be better... it certainly looks the part.

What fabulous mulch! Easy to order and delivery was right to the end of my allotment plot. Easy to spread around the plot. Strong smell of ammonia for a very short while but this quickly settled down. Would wholeheartedly recommend

Great mulch, light and easy to spread and the birds don’t seem to bother digging it up so a double bonus. Also, great delivery service. The driver was on time and very flexible about where to drop it!

I am a regular customer and this year had an issue with delivery charges. I contacted Apsley and spoke with Tom, he assured me that the delivery was free. So I ordered mulch and liquid feed l. Last year the product was great and helped produce a good crop of garden veg and tomatoes and cucumbers in the polytunnel. Would thoroughly recommend and it's a good use of an anaerobic digesters by product.

Great delivery service from driver, Jon and Apsley Farms. Ordered Tuesday, arrived today, Thursday. Friendly call the day before and a text 30 mins before the delivery. Bags dropped exactly where I wanted them and helpful advice on applying the mulch provided.
Looks a good product and looking forward to reaping the benefits of the soil improving mulch next year.

We are first time users of their mulch which is excellent. The delivery driver was very polite, friendly and was helpful in ensuring the mulch didn’t block our driveway. The bags were very full and are excellent value for money. I would highly recommend their product.

We have bought mulch and feed from Apsley for the last 3 years for our garden and our allotment (which we created from scratch with two loads of mulch ) . Both allotment and garden have flourished , the soil is full of life and our normal sandy and clay soil is now deep and humus rich . It’s also very affordable and delivered at no extra cost. I suggest any keen gardener to try some - you won’t be disappointed.
