These guys took 3 weeks to repair my broken blade. they explained that the part had been stuck in customs coming in from Belgium and that they were extremely busy. At no point did they contact me i had to go in twice to find out what was happening and when i met them they were surley and rude. They didnt at any point offer an apology
last time i use them they are rubbish

Spoke with Dan yesterday with regards to my 10 month old Stiga Lawn Tractor (Not purchased from them)which had broken.
The response was astounding bearing in mind they are listed as an approved Stiga dealer and service centre.
Not interested in repairing it as and I quote “WHY WOULD WE WORK FOR £20 AN HOUR WHEN WE CAN GET £60”
Have spent over a thousand pounds with them in the last 2 years will not be spending a penny more.
