Came here yesterday for the first time to get some cookies as it was my birthday, got 4 they were all so good and he gave me a discount. Will deffo be coming here again!

Very disappointing customer service… average cookie sandwich.
I asked on behalf of my partner what did and did not have nuts in, due to a nut allergy. I then asked which she would recommend and which she thought was the most flavoursome to help me decide… I was met with “oh god your asking a lot of questions, I am tired choose whatever one you would like, I had a busy day yesterday”. I’d have walked out had my partner not really wanted to try one.
The cookie sandwich; I chose cinnamon, the cookies themselves were soft and without texture. With mild flavour, the filling was reasonable.
My partner’s; the Malteaser, she also thought the cookies were soft/soggy, and she didn’t finish it.
Sad to say we won’t be in a hurry to return as our friends recommended.
Hopefully she didn’t mean what she said in the way we took it, but it didn’t sound that way. I look forward to a response.

I absolutely love Cookie Queen! I first discovered them at a food festival, which had us traveling three hours just to get to Truro. The variety of flavors is amazing, and they even offer delicious gluten-free options. For me, the salted caramel cookie is hands down the best!

I absolutely loved the gluten-free options at Cookie Queen! As someone with coeliac disease, it's such a treat to find indulgent baked goods that are both safe and delicious. The soft-baked cookie sandwiches were amazing — my favourite was the chocolate and hazelnut, which genuinely tasted just like a Ferrero Rocher. Rich, nutty, chocolatey and perfectly gooey in the middle. I’ll definitely be back for more — it’s such a rare find to get this kind of quality in gluten-free bakes. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing cookies! So hard to choose just one flavour! Definitely something for everyone! Highly recommend you treat yourself and get a few different flavours to try and share with friends! They look almost too good to eat, but you would be missing out if you didn’t try them!

I purchased a box of Cookie Queen's 6 best-sellers to be posted to me. They're all SO tasty. I found the box of 6 to actually be 12 portions, as they're so filling, which makes it great value for money. Will be buying again!

Wonderful, spotted at a market in Truro and I was excited to see lots of vegan options as I have a severe intolerance to dairy and I'm always on the look at for sweet treats. These do not disappoint. Absolutely delicious, lady who served me was lovely. Will definitely buy from you again!
