I’m from the area and I finally visited this store, unfortunately I won’t be going back. I’m not sure what it is about me but I walked into this shop and automatically eyes were on me. I was looking around at the plants of which I love and someone from the counter even peered over of what it looked like to ask if I need something. It’s a store full of different things, I’m of course going to look around to see what I like just like everyone else. I just felt the atmosphere of this place is not welcome for everyone…If anyone else has had this experience I’d like to know. I will not be going back.

Been here a couple of times , tucked away in the flower shop, is a lovely little quite Coffee shop , with all things "Vegan" so we had tea, coffee, and vegan cakes , which were very nice, and thats from a couple of "Auld 🐯Carnivore🦁" pop in and chill out, the down stairs toilets are very clean too. We shall return hopefully.

This place is like a little oasis in the center of Crystal Palace : Friendly owners Faye & Sanne , two amazing young women entrepreneurs who had a beautiful vision to create this absolutely beautiful & welcoming place - bubbly & fun team, lovely crustomers , nice music, the plants are gorgeous, great selection of products for your home , delicious coffee & cakes. This place has such joyful atmosphere to welcome CP community.

The Vaults Collective in Crystal Palace is my happy place. A wonderful haven of plants that bring peace and joy every time I go in (which is about 5 times a week!). What's not to love, the music is fab, there are literally 100 different plant post to choose from and you can sit in and have a delicious coffee and slice of cake served by their in house bakery La Mouche. One of my truly favourite things are the staff! My teenage daughter and every friend I introduce to this little piece of heaven, fall in love : )

Outstanding place, with very friendly stuff, and lots of fresh pastries. The owner is a very nice and cheerful lady. Cofffee was very good and brownie with pistachios was a very fresh one

I gave up ordering a coffee on a quiet Saturday as the barista couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge me in my queue of one, and after two or three minutes I had no idea whether he would continue preparing another four drinks, or another forty. Coffee-making isn’t brain surgery, and neither is hospitality!

Note: customer service for the plants and gifts part of the shop (Ivy and the Wolf) is entirely separate, thankfully.
