Visited yesterday, a bit of a hidden gem!
It's a little play area, very well kept (though I think the kids said they spotted some nettles by the fence between the play area and car park)
There was a million cyclists when we got there, but they soon left and it was lovely sitting out and having lunch, calm, some people didn't latch the gate again behind them, so while it's meant to be enclosed, really it's relying on people latching the gate again.
Food was great, the only thing is I got the cheese and chutney toastie, which tasted great but them mashed together wasn't the greatest of textures, so heads up if you are getting that, ask for the ingredient separately 😅😂 great cakes that were hoovered and good coffee (reportedly by my partner) considering there was a cycling club there, it was chaos but service was very quick!
Plenty of seating choice, we had a friendly dog on a lead too and there was a water bowl.
Plenty of parking too.
Will be coming back!

This is a wonderful little farm shop that has some fantastic food and friendly service.

The shop is lovely. Seems to be all home made food very nicely presented. Service is friendly and efficient. The seating area is quite large with some big tables. Outside area is also available.

Would really recommend a visit.

Beautiful farm, with a well maintained playground (Free), a wonderful cafe and a few animals around.
We stopped by chance and after a great meal our son enjoyed the playground a lot!

Staff not particularly friendly - but not unfriendly either. They just don’t seem bothered? The food was expensive and very average. Pasties were hardly warm and quite dry and tasteless. I ordered a child’s cheese plate for my toddler and wow, I was shocked at what a rip off that was. 4 strips of cheese, a few slices of apple, a few strips of manky cucumber, a few pieces of underripe strawberries and a few slices of bread cost £7.50? They called it a deconstructed sandwich, but I’d rather have bought a constructed sandwich for way less than £7.50.

The tables and chairs weren’t particularly clean and felt quite sticky. Dog friendly inside. Outside there is a small play area for children but one side was cordoned off and inaccessible.

I had high hopes for this place given the positive reviews, but I left feeling bitterly disappointed and ripped off.

I have driven past this place many times and had always promised myself one of their full English breakfasts.
It was around 930am on a Wednesday morning on a glorious sunny day when I went past the entrance and decided that today was the day I'd fulfil my self promise.
Drove up the drive and turned into a reasonably sized grass covered car park. Parked up and made my way into the Farm shop and ordered a full English and a cuppa. Came to £10.90.

Went outside as it was such a nice day and found an empty wooden table with bench seats available, sat down and enjoyed the sunshine and watched children playing on the fort and rocking platform whilst waiting for my breakfast.

It wasn't long in coming. A nice full English two eggs, two rashes of bacon, a couple of hash browns, a couple of sausage patties, half a tomato, mushrooms and a couple of slices of toast and butter plus a cup of breakfast tea - should have taken a photo of it but was more focused on eating. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great.

As I ate a succession of cars appeared and the car park and tables filled with families, Many with young children. Seems I had timed my visit to perfection.

I shall certainly be returning.

The most beautiful coffee shop, in an idyllic setting. The food is diverse and caters for everyone. The staff are super helpful and it is dog friendly. They also have two beautiful donkeys in the paddocks. You can also buy local produce and homemade items. Why go to Costa when you can go somewhere like here.

Called to have a quick coffee, but ended up getting something to eat as well. Was lovely minted lamb pasty, all the food looked good.
