It’s got the basics but does come up a little pricey. Good for fire products in between your main delivery but too expensive to rely on as your only source. Staff are helpful.

Mole Country Store was recommended by a friend as I usually pay £60 - £80 for a non drop Christmas tree. I purchased a 6ft - 7ft one for £28,99. Service and tree were excellent, plus I got £5 off voucher for my next purchase.

Thank goodness for Moles ,always have what's needed and very kind polite helpful staff ,love visiting moles have a good look around from boots to clothes or materials for my place or my animals feed and bedding , very good supplies here .

Purchased ‘waterproof’ boots which weren’t fit for purpose. After waiting a month for them to be tested whilst they dry out was told they are not leaking and to collect the boots. Customer service in store was flippant and borderline aggressive. Nowhere is it advertised that they must test boots before they will refund and so I’m now out of pocket with boots that aren’t waterproof hence the need to dry out. Despite complaining to head office about the month wait and having to purchase new boots in the meantime was told I can collect the boots from store. I will not be returning to this store again. Awful customer service.
