Form Plants is an OUTSTANDING nursery. I recently planted up a new garden and ordered a variety of trees, shrubs and other plants from Form. The quality of the plants is exceptional, and at very competitive prices. The whole process from ordering through to delivery was seamless. The team at Form are friendly and helpful and will actually spend time talking with you to understand your requirements. I was super impressed with Sam who answered my numerous questions and helped source everything I needed. Will 100% be using Form Plants again!

I've worked with Sam and Gareth from the Form Plants team for a couple of months now as they've helped me seek out a very hard to find cloud tree plant.

They've been absolutely fantastic - couldn't have been more helpful even when I've been incredibly particular around what I'm looking for.

Form Plants offer an experience like no other. You will find friendly, experienced staff who take the time to help you with your plant enquiry, discuss all the options, show you through their huge range of stock and make sure that everything with your purchase goes smoothly. Their hedging and specimen trees and shrub offering is like nothing else. Anything that is not available from stock can be sourced from their growers.

This is not a garden centre. This is a nursery with multiple RHS medals that will let you share their extensive knowledge, beautiful plants and passion for looking after their customers. It is certainly worth a visit.

Discovered Form Plants by accident on Sunday, we assumed they were part of the nursery next door which was the purpose of the trip to buy plants and trees. We were drawn towards Form just by the sheer size of the operation, the colours and the amazing selection. Prices were incredibly reasonable and Jamie was just superb so the plan is to go back on Friday and again and again. With their selection and prices, we decided to speed up the our landscaping project. Really well worth a visit and if you adore olive tree, go there!
