I had been dealing with premcrest for over a year now, so far my experience with their product is brilliant with vast variety of products, however their prices are quite expensive and increasing over the years.

On this note: I would like to highlight my experience with their customer service is very poor with all honesty.

One order which i placed last year order coming upto more than £500, however they didn't have in stock, and took them over 3 months to refund the total money which is unacceptable! This is in one occasion. Recently I wanted to order few things from premcrest but they didn't have in stock due to shortages of delivery etc and they keep making false promises that the order will arrive on a certain date but it never does. keep saying will get back to me but they never do. I've had to email and call them 3-4 times with regards to the update of the order.

Premcrest really needs to upscale their customer service, which I found it very frustrating, they have so many people working in customer services but seems like they have no clue with your order. Have explain everything from the scratch. I give 1 star for customer service and 4 star for the products

I was looking for more 5kg cases of Zaytoun dates and found them on the Premcrest website. Unfortunately, they had only just arrived in the warehouse, so there was a delay in sending them. But Wendy in the Order Processing team was brilliant and answered my emails and queries very promptly. And my cases arrived today looking great. Thank you

My order was ready for collection within 24 hours, I was able to arrange to collect at a convenient time and this worked well as I live in Bradford. All the fairtrade items I ordered were in stock at a very competitive price and I hope to order from Premcrest again.

Premcrest prices are always very competitive, their communication is good and they deliver when they say they will. The one thing that could be improved is quicker notification if items are out of stock, but they always offer alternatives, where applicable.

Really excellent customer service.
I'm just a domestic customer not high value to Premcrest, but the back up they provide is effective, efficient and so helpful.
