Fantastic butcher. Their meat is ethically sourced and nothing goes to waste, so they always have some really interesting cuts of meat - such as what the Italians use for Carbonara. I forget what it is called. Yesterday I got the spicy Italian sausages and they we brilliant with pasta.

The care that goes into the Meat that Liz & team produce is absolutely 1st Class. They wouldn't have a prestigious BBC Good Food Award for nothing! Going to The Black Pig for a meat haul is a real treat for any foodie..

What an amazing place!

We did the butchery course and carved up half a pig and it was one of the best days of my life!

Lizzie is super talented and an amazing lady! She had a laugh with us and had some much knowledge around butchery.

The quality of the meat she's sells is outstanding and this is a must!

Such gem in this city, will definitely be back!

So many different sausages witn exotic and great flavours! Something for everyone!

Absolutely outstanding. Firstly a thoroughly lovely and knowledgeable team secondly the meat is EXCEPTIONAL. To date had all the sausages, the AA burgers are the best you’ll ever taste and the bacon….WOW.

Purchased a bone in rib eye for NYE and hands down, one of the best steaks I have eaten. Usually go to the best butcher in London ad I would say it best them. Recommend 👏

I visited this shop for the first time on Saturday 18/3/2017. I bought one of their homemade Haggis. I have had Haggis many times before but this was the best I have ever tried.it was not at all fatty and had a wonderful blend of spices and oatmeal with the meats. Will definitely be back again very soon .

The perfect small,local and ethical butcher. Lizzy sources and butchers superb quality neat from nearby farms and handles everything with pride and respect. Worth a special trip.
