Excellent service from Susie. I on the other hand compared to most reviews here, used this company for their gift wrapping service and was blown away by the results! Very efficient next day service, didn't need it any urgency and organised a fitting collection date for myself. Very accommodating and probably the best gift wrapping service you'll get nearby!

Would definitely NOT recommend. I ordered on the 5th Feb and I have yet to receive anything but money has been taken. I've emails for a full refund today 25 Feb. They claim a broken mailing label system but no one answers the telephone when you call. Would not order, only Wine Champagne company this has happened with thus far in the UK.

Returned 5 bottles in December as agreed with them via email. No refund received in jan so I messaged them and was told refund being processed in 14 days. Nothing received so messaged them again and was told it would be with me in 5 days. 5 days have now passed and nothing. 8 weeks since I made the return. Check trust pilot before using. The recent reviews are correct

Making me look great....AGAIN.

A very good client of mine was moving home and I wanted to send them a bottle of champagne to celebrate the completion date.

Only issue was, the exchange and completion date were so close together on this transaction. I got in touch and placed my order I think around 3.30pm-4pm and yet they still managed to get the delivered the next day. Amazing service.

The gift itself was branded champagne with my bespoke company label and the fact that it was delivered on moving day was the icing on the cake.

My clients commented on how thoughtful and classy it was. Money well spent in my eyes.

Last Christmas Susie and the team we're so helpful with a corporate order for my client, they were keen to help problem solve and we're just at the end of the phone for any additional queries and set stock aside while I spoke with my team. A friend recommended The Champagne and Gift Company to create special Champagne gifts for my wedding this year. What a great company! Special thanks for rearranging my delivery at the last minute, our favours were delivered on time and the bottles looked really lovely. I especially liked the tiny bows and the silver ribbon tied onto each bottle. Our guests absolutely loved them! The design team were so helpful, tailoring the design of the label to our colour scheme. I can’t recommend you highly enough.
